These terms apply to career-tulo.com, operated by CareerTulo of Bowen, Queensland, Australia (contact careers@career-tulo.com), and to applications made through it. Accessing the website means you accept them.
"CareerTulo", "we", "us" and "our": the operator. "You": any user. "Website": career-tulo.com. "Employer": a business offering an opening. "Listing": the description of an opening on the website.
CareerTulo lists openings that can be worked from home and introduces applicants to the employers offering them. CareerTulo is not the employer. The employer alone decides on hiring, contracts, supervision, work arrangements and pay. Applying does not establish an employment relationship with CareerTulo or ensure an offer.
Consider each listing in full: duties, working arrangements, engagement type, eligibility and conditions. Openings may close or change during recruitment; CareerTulo updates or removes listings upon learning of this. Report errors to careers@career-tulo.com with the listing name.
Supply accurate information about yourself; applying for someone else is permitted only with their consent. Meet the opening's eligibility and work-rights requirements. Submit the form, then send the WhatsApp message to our HR team, which is sent only on pressing Send. Email CareerTulo if WhatsApp is unavailable to you. Employers may require more information or an interview before any offer.
Applicants pay CareerTulo no application, placement, administration or training fee and no deposit. CareerTulo's income is from employers using its advertising and introduction services. CareerTulo never asks applicants to buy cryptocurrency, load funds into an account, pay for work or transfer money to release wages. Report any such request to careers@career-tulo.com.
Pay is determined by the employer for the specific opening and its conditions; a range is not an assurance of its upper limit. Before accepting work, get written confirmation from the employer of its legal entity name, the duties and engagement type, the pay rate or calculation, expected hours or workload, and the pay schedule. CareerTulo guarantees no work, workload or earnings.
CareerTulo is accountable for its own statements and advertising; employers for the information they provide and their employer obligations. Material differences between CareerTulo's advertising and the website are reviewed and rectified, and no general disclaimer overrides a specific representation or statutory right.
See the Privacy Policy for how applications are handled. WhatsApp and employers maintain their own policies for information in their possession.
Do not impersonate others, submit false applications, use third-party details without consent, distribute harmful material or disrupt the website.
Website content may be viewed and saved for personal job-search use only. Any other use requires permission from whoever holds the rights. Photographs are licensed stock and do not show actual applicants or employers.
Website buttons open WhatsApp and email applications. CareerTulo does not control them.
CareerTulo does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that an opening will stay open during an application, and may alter or suspend the website without notice.
These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify rights, guarantees or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Subject to those rights, CareerTulo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Liability that cannot be limited at law, including for fraud, remains.
Typographical and technical errors may occur and are corrected once identified.
A user breaching these terms bears loss reasonably resulting from the breach, save to the extent caused by CareerTulo.
CareerTulo is not liable for delay or failure due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including hosting or messaging outages.
Unenforceable provisions are severed without affecting the remainder, and delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Compliance Statement make up the entire agreement regarding website use.
CareerTulo sends application communications to the WhatsApp number or email address you used. Notices to CareerTulo: careers@career-tulo.com.
Queensland law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you.
career-tulo.com has no user accounts and CareerTulo never requests passwords. Any claimed CareerTulo login is not genuine.
CareerTulo may remove a listing or decline to forward an application where misuse of the website or false information is reasonably suspected, and will inform affected users.
Users may not transfer their rights under these terms. CareerTulo may transfer its rights to a successor operator, and these terms will continue to apply.
Suggestions about the website may be used by CareerTulo to improve its service without obligation to the person who made them.
Any agreement for work is made directly between you and the employer. CareerTulo is not a party to it and is not responsible for its performance.
A listing is an invitation to apply, not an offer of work. Nothing on career-tulo.com is an offer of employment capable of acceptance.
These terms are provided in English. If any translation differs, the English version prevails.
Before relying on any listing to make decisions, such as leaving other work, confirm the details directly with the employer in writing.
Headings in these terms are for convenience only and do not affect their meaning.
Clauses that by their nature should continue after you stop using the website, including liability, indemnity and governing law, continue to apply.
Questions about a specific opening should name the listing so CareerTulo can respond accurately and quickly.
Questions or complaints: careers@career-tulo.com, quoting the listing. Amendments are posted here with a revised date and do not affect rights relating to earlier interactions.
