CareerTulo operates career-tulo.com from Bowen, Queensland. The site lists openings that can be worked from home and introduces applicants in Australia to the employers behind those openings. CareerTulo does not hire anyone. Contact: careers@career-tulo.com. Below we describe the personal information we handle when you use the site, apply or write to us, and how we meet the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
The application form requests your name, mobile number, email address, availability and the opening you chose; fields that must be completed are marked on the form. Afterwards you message our HR team on WhatsApp, at which point we receive the message text, your WhatsApp number and your profile name. Any email you send provides your email address and its content.
Standard request data is logged whenever a page loads: IP address, browser, device, page address, referrer and time. Our hosting provider holds it for operation and security. CareerTulo does not link it to applications.
The form will not work without its required fields, and without them we may not be able to contact you or forward your application. Nothing else is needed.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, banking or card information, tax file numbers or copies of ID documents. CareerTulo never asks for them and deletes any that are sent.
CareerTulo handles personal information to assess and respond to applications, identify the opening you applied for, introduce you to its employer, update you on progress, keep records of applications and correspondence, manage complaints and misuse, and comply with legal requirements.
CareerTulo does not sell or rent personal information and does not use applications for marketing. We only introduce you to a different employer after explaining the introduction and receiving your agreement.
Access inside CareerTulo is restricted to application staff. The employer behind the opening you selected receives the relevant details, and you are informed of the employer's identity and the details being shared before the introduction occurs.
Hosting, security and email forwarding: Cloudflare. Web fonts: Google Fonts, loaded by your browser from Google's servers. Messaging with our HR team: WhatsApp, a Meta company. Each processes data under its own terms. Any further provider will be added to this list before use.
CareerTulo may disclose personal information when the law requires, or when the law permits and disclosure is reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or safeguard someone's rights.
An application has two stages, the form and then a WhatsApp message to HR, and it is only complete after the second. The CareerTulo button launches WhatsApp with a prepared message addressed to our HR team's number. No message leaves your phone until you review it and press Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, contact careers@career-tulo.com for another option.
career-tulo.com sets no cookies for advertising or analytics. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to help block automated abuse. Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser will not stop the pages working.
At the last-updated date shown, career-tulo.com has no advertising tags, remarketing lists or analytics software installed. Before installing any, CareerTulo will update this section with the provider's name, what it receives and your choices. Personal contact details are never inserted into tracking events or URLs.
Our providers operate data centres in multiple countries, among them the United States, so personal information may be processed outside Australia. CareerTulo applies the Australian Privacy Principles to these disclosures. Details can be requested by email.
Application records and associated messages: up to 12 months after the last substantive recruitment contact, then deleted, or sooner if you request. Longer only where required by law or an unresolved dispute. Hosting logs: generally 30 days or less.
All connections use HTTPS and application access is limited to authorised staff. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed; eligible data breaches are notified to affected individuals under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Employers and WhatsApp may hold copies of your information independently of CareerTulo. Deleting our records does not remove those copies, and we will point you to the right contact.
Requests to access, correct or delete information, to withdraw an application or to raise a concern go to careers@career-tulo.com. Identity may be verified first. CareerTulo aims to respond within 30 days and explains in writing any part it cannot fulfil. A withdrawal does not undo an introduction already made.
Notify CareerTulo of any change to the details you supplied and the record will be updated.
CareerTulo does not use automated decision-making. Staff read applications, and employers decide whom to hire.
career-tulo.com is intended for adults. Information about a child is deleted once identified.
Send privacy complaints to careers@career-tulo.com. CareerTulo investigates and replies in writing. If unresolved, reply to that response and a different staff member will review the complaint in full.
Updates appear on this page with a new date. Where an update changes the use of information already held, notice is given in advance where legally required.
"Personal information": as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). "Application record": the information created when you apply. "Employer": the business offering the opening you chose. "CareerTulo", "we", "us": the operator of career-tulo.com.
CareerTulo collects personal information directly from you. It does not buy data, use data brokers or gather details from social media.
CareerTulo does not send newsletters or promotional messages. Contact from us relates only to an application you made or a question you asked. Marketing claiming to come from CareerTulo should be reported to us.
Where the website links to WhatsApp or other services, those services' own privacy policies apply once you leave career-tulo.com. CareerTulo is not responsible for their practices.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to switch off on career-tulo.com, which runs no tracking of its own. Providers added in future will respond according to their own policies.
CareerTulo relies on the information you supply. If a detail is wrong, such as a mistyped number, the record stays wrong until you tell us, so please let us know.
If you believe your CareerTulo application details have been exposed or misused, email us straight away so the matter can be investigated.
