Compliance Statement

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Statement purpose

This statement records, for applicants, employers and advertising platforms, what CareerTulo does, how it is paid, the extent of its checks and how concerns are handled.

Role

CareerTulo, of Bowen, Queensland, lists work-from-home openings for employers and forwards applications to them. It is not the employer and does not engage, schedule, supervise or pay applicants.

Revenue

CareerTulo is paid by employers for advertising and introductions. Applicants are never charged, whether for applying, training or a deposit.

Checks performed

Before listing an opening, CareerTulo contacts the employer directly and confirms the listing matches the employer's information.

Checks not performed

CareerTulo is neither auditor nor regulator. It does not inspect workplaces, review employer finances or supervise work after engagement.

Promises not made

CareerTulo does not promise employment, earnings, hours or payment timing. These are for applicant and employer to agree, in writing, before work begins.

Listing origin

Openings come directly from employers. CareerTulo does not copy listings from other sites or post openings to harvest contact details.

Fraud notice

CareerTulo never requests money, one-time codes, banking passwords or transfers. Any such request, whatever name it bears, is not from CareerTulo and should be reported.

Application handling

Applications are reviewed by CareerTulo's HR team and shared only with the employer for the chosen opening. CareerTulo neither sells applications nor uses them for marketing. Providers are listed in the Privacy Policy.

Advertising consistency

CareerTulo's advertising is intended to match this website. Reported discrepancies are investigated and the inaccurate material is corrected.

Employer obligations

Employers must describe openings accurately, notify closures promptly, provide written terms before work starts and pay workers directly. Employers requesting money from applicants are removed.

Concerns

Email careers@career-tulo.com with details and, if possible, a screenshot. Listing, advertising and impersonation concerns are all handled at this address, answered in writing and kept confidential.

Records

CareerTulo records each listing's publication, amendment and withdrawal dates, and any complaints received with the action taken.

Human review

Concerns are reviewed by CareerTulo staff, not automated systems. Mark urgent concerns, such as payment requests made in CareerTulo's name, Urgent in the subject line.

Advertising platforms

CareerTulo complies with the advertising policies of the platforms it uses and will supply this statement and supporting information to them on request.

Updates

This statement is revised when CareerTulo's processes change, as the date at the top of the page records.

Why this statement exists

Applicants, employers and advertising platforms should be able to check in one place what CareerTulo is and where its responsibilities begin and end.

Confidentiality

Information in a report is used only to investigate it and is not shared beyond what the investigation requires.

Timeframes

CareerTulo aims to acknowledge a concern within two business days and to explain the outcome once the investigation is complete.

Scope

This statement applies to career-tulo.com and to advertising for CareerTulo on any platform.

Resolution

Each concern is investigated. Inaccurate listings are withdrawn and associated advertising suspended while the employer is contacted, and the person raising the concern is told the outcome.
